Local Snapper Fillet – locally caught blackened snapper with homemade garlic chimichurri and marinated cherry tomatoes. Served with smashed potatoes and chef’s fresh vegetables.
St. Kitt’s Pasta – grilled shrimp over crab-stuffed ravioli with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan cheese and finished with our zesty lemon and garlic cream sauce.
